Consumer Disputes

Most health insurers are members of the Insurance and Savings Ombudsman Scheme. This scheme offers a free dispute resolution service. Customers must have first attempted to have resolved a dispute with their insurers, with the ISO able to look into those disputes which have reached deadlock.
